My Experience

What made me purchase this kohl pencil at first is the cost of the product. Wet n Wild Color Icon Kohl Liner Pencil is super affordable and this made me give it a try. I used the pencil on my lower waterline. It was easy to use and really smooth.

Before I left for work, I checked the mirror and found that the entire kohl had smudged out. I quickly used a flat brush to blend it on the lower waterline. I got a nice smokey look.

• Doesn't come with a sharpener
• Smudges easily

Verdict

If you are a smokey eye look fan then this is the kohl pencil you need. However, if you like to have your kajal lined perfectly on the waterline then this is not what you should pick. It smudges out really quick and works only for those who like a smokey kinda look. It is an affordable choice for a smokey look.
