Spa is all about relaxing which won’t be possible in a cluttered space. So start by decluttering your bedroom and bathroom. Remove all the unnecessary things and organise the stuff properly on shelves. This step will make the space more bright and attract positivity.
If you want to feel like a spa then you need to create an ambience equivalent to that. For that, you can use aromatic candles, diffusers or room fresheners that have a fresh smell to create a vibe in the space. You can light a candle and keep beautiful flowers in your room. Also, you can play instrumental music that can set a relaxing mood. Keep fluffy pillows and a set of fresh towels as well.
Make a list of all the things you will need while indulging in your pampering routine. From bath towels to hair dryers, DIY face masks to scrubs, keep everything handy.
Start by taking a warm bath as this will help you calm your body and nourish your skin. It will help you get relief from the stress and provide a soothing effect to your skin.
Exfoliation is important and thus you can use a good quality body scrub for the same. Exfoliation will remove the dead skin cells from your body making it more clean and fresh. However, you can DIY body scrub for use.
Steam your face gently with boiling water. Do this process for 10-15 minutes to open up the pores of your face.

Scrub (homemade body scrub) your face using a coffee scrub to remove the dead and damaged skin cells. Massage your face gently with the scrub and rinse it off.
Soak your hands and feet in warm water and exfoliate them using a scrub. Push the cuticle using a pusher and trim your nails. Apply a good moisturiser on your hands and feet.
