HZ Tried & Tested: Milk & Honey Gold Smoothing Sugar Scrub Small Pack Detailed Review

A body scrub is a part of my shower routine, twice a week. So I have tried many scrubs till now. This time I bought myself this Oriflame's Milk & Honey Body Scrub as I have already used the shower gel and soap from this range and loved the fragrance. Here is a detailed review of it.

Claims

Luxury sugar scrub infused with organically sourced extracts of milk and honey and a natural origin exfoliant to buff away dead skin cells.Milk is rich in moisturising and conditioning vitamins, minerals and proteins – for soft, supple skin. Honey is a sugar-rich ingredient containing vitamins, minerals, and folic acid. Gently exfoliates, revitalises and locks in moisture for soft, supple, radiant skin.

It comes in a pretty golden tube with honeycomb print. The touch and feel are very sleek. The tube is very sturdy and so is the cap and nozzle. It definitely very travel friendly as this is also the small pack that I bought for myself.

Texture/Fragrance

This scrub is goldenish in colour and has fine sugar particles which are not very harsh but perfect for a scrub. The fragrance is very good. Perfumed although, it feels a good after you have had a bath with this. It is a blend of floral and a hint of musk. The consistency is pretty good and for me one coin size amount is enough but each to his or her own.

Price

This scrub retails for Rs 269, for 75 gms.

My Experience

I use this scrub twice a week and it leaves my skin soft and supple and I hate to admit it, but the fragrance is amazing.

Pros

• It is travel friendly
• Comes in a chic packaging
• Smells amazing
• The bottle is very sturdy
• Actually cleanses your skin

Cons

It has all the wrong ingredients which are like slow poison for the body and by that I mean it is SLS, parfum, and parabens. However, if you don't mind then go ahead with it as it does do the job.
