It tones, de-puffs, detoxes and lifts while improving circulation to give you the glow you've been searching for. Over time you’ll see the contours of your face more defined and the strokes will come naturally to you, so you may not even know when you pulled a quick 60-second version while applying your moisturiser.”
Warmup Massage
Start with your favourite face oil or serum, and rub it between your hands. Now start applying the oil through your neck by gently pressing with the knuckles. Now move to your face and massage your cheeks. This gentle warm-up will set your face for a facial massage.
Jawline Massage
Start your massage by gently pressing the jawline with a backward stroke with your first fingers. Hold your chin and massage it along the entire mouth area. This massage will tighten your muscles.
Cheek Massage
Moving on to the cheek area. Hold your fingers on your forehead and use your thumb to massage the cheek area and cheek area gently. Use your knuckles to press and massage the facial area inside out. Keep massaging the cheekbones gently. This step reduces facial swelling and tightens the face.
