HZ Tried & Tested: Kara Wipes Nail Polish Remover Detailed Review

I had been looking for nail polish remover which does not dry my nails and cuticle when I stumbled upon this product which was pocket-friendly and had big claims. Although it has been there in the market for a long time, there are still so many who have no idea about its existence and I want to spread the word because acetone is not something that should be used ever so often. It dries your nail and is like poison for them. A user of the product for the past few months, here goes my review.

Claims

According to the brand each wipe contains acetone-free formulation for effective removal of nail polish, even the darkest shade. Each wipe cleans the nail with a soft and gentle touch. The wipes contain natural olive oil which helps in preventing drying of nails and skin around the nails. It is enriched with skin-nourishing vitamin E.

Packaging

Packaged in a sleek small little box, it is a very convenient product to carry while travelling.

The plus point is that since it is not liquid you do not have to worry about the cabin baggage containing liquid of a certain amount as this will not be counted in liquids. So just carry a small nail paint and this and you are good to go.

The wipes are made of poly-viscose fibre and the texture is very comfortable and thin as compared to the cotton pads.

Fragrance

It has a nice sweet fragrance of roses and the other variants too have the fragrance of the scents mentioned on the packaging.

My Experience

Easy to use, these wipes work like a dream. I at one point of time used to change my nail paint every other day to match with my outfits and these wipes made it very easy to remove the toughest, darkest of colours without drying my cuticles and nails. I now use it twice a month as that is the only number of times I use nail paint and it lasts me for months! One wipe is enough for one go as it removes paint from both my hands and toes. The only catch is that you have to wash your hands after usage as it is all oil which wipes so a quick hand wash is needed.

My Verdict

This is the best nail polish remover which is acetone-free and I am loving it in every sense.
