Check out this facial yoga for dark circles, hollow eyes, double chins and droopy lips. Follow the technique step-by-step for the best results:

Yoga Technique 1

Step 1: Take a few drops of oil in your palm and rub it between the palms to heat it. Apply the oil all over your face, jaw, cheeks, and forehead in an upward direction.

Step 2: Then, perfect your face stretching by applying upward pressure from the heel of your palm from the jaw line upwards, from the cheek muscle. Repeat 3 times.

Step 3: Now, start with forehead swipes in opposite directions with firm pressure. Repeat it 20 times.

Step 4: Start with swipe-up motions along the under eyes “A” - Swipe - Lift - Drain.

Step 5: For the Upper eyelid make a “V” - Swipe - Lift - Drain.

Step 6: Then, make an “X” on your neck and massage it 6 times. Lastly, make 3 finger channel paths on your neck for 30 seconds.

Yoga Technique 2

Step 1: Place your index finger and middle finger on the inner side of your eye socket.

Step 2: Gently press for 5 to 10 seconds

Step 3: Start tapping the under-eye region lightly. Move from inside to outside and circularly trace the area till above your eyebrows.

Step 4: Do 10 to 15 repetitions of this as a part of your facial yoga (yoga retreats in delhi ncr) routine.

Yoga Technique 3

Step 1: Make a victory sign using your index and middle finger.

Step 2: Put the index finger on the outer corner of the eye and the middle finger on the inner corner.

Step 3: Repeat the same for both eyes.

Step 4: Use very light pressure to press your fingers down and look up with your eyeballs.
