Oily skin- Humidity in monsoon spells horror for people with oily skin and causes clogged pores and breakouts.
Dry skin- Humidity can cause even more dryness for people with dry skin
Combination skin- You can have areas in the T zone breaking out and yet at the same time dryness over the other areas of the face

Oily skin
- Do not go to bed without cleansing your face and removing makeup
- Do not use oil-based creams that will clog your pores.
- Be careful of using creams on the face that do not specifically say ‘non –comedogenic’
- Do not skimp on the moisturizer
- Cleanse skin twice daily.
- Do not skip moisturizer. Use a water-based lotion or serum.
Change In Skin Care Routine

Oily skin
Your moisturizer should be lightweight and water based. It's best to go with lotions or serums formoisturising. Wash face 2-3 times daily to wash away dirt, oil, and grime that builds up with humidity
Dry Skin
You should use a creamy moisturizer that nourishes as your skin may seem drier. Do not wash more than 2 times a day as washing frequently will increase dryness
Combination skin
A lotion or serum and water-based moisturizerisapt for people with combination skin. Wash your face twice daily

- Irrespective of the clouds and rains, don’t forget to use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or more, one that is non-comedogenic in nature
- Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dirt and grime that settles with humidity
