Hydration is the key to glowing skin. Thus you should ensure drinking plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and flush out toxins from your body. You can also incorporate herbal teas or warm water with lemon for added benefits.
Follow a Skincare Routine
Ayurveda emphasises natural skincare using herbs and oils. Choose skincare products with natural ingredients like aloe vera, neem, turmeric, and rose water. Use gentle cleansers and moisturisers suitable for your skin type.
Practise Abhyanga (Self-Massage)
Regular self-massage with warm oils (such as sesame, coconut, or almond oil) can improve circulation, nourish the skin, and promote relaxation.
