Every woman wishes for young-looking and glowing skin. With our unhealthy lifestyle and increasing pollution, one has to face issues like pre-mature ageing that leads to the appearance of signs like wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles among others. These ageing signs make your skin look dull, dry and old. To get back our youthful-looking skin, we try using a lot of products on our face that damage it in the long run.
After all, these beauty products are packed with a lot of chemicals that are harmful for your skin. It is best to use products on your skin that are prepared using natural ingredients.
Dr. Nirupama Parwanda, dermatologist and founder at Zolie Skin Clinic shared with us that one must add vitamin C to their diet if they wish to have a youthful and glowing skin. Vitamin C helps in increasing the collage and it helps in making new cells in your skin. This helps your skin glow. Using vitamin C on your skin directly helps you keep ageing signs at bay. Vitamin C has antioxidants that help in reducing the appearance of ageing signs. It also works as a protection from the harmful UV rays of the sun.
If you head out to buy a vitamin C serum you will see how expensive it is. Rather than spending all that money by buying this serum from a store, you can prepare this serum at home. This DIY will work for you like magic. With just a few ingredients, you can prepare this vitamin C serum at home and use it to get glowing skin.
