While the world hails aloe vera for its nourishing, moisturising properties for the skin, have you ever wondered if this natural ingredient can have some side effects too? Well, most natural beauty ingredients like aloe vera have no side effects but they can impact your skin negatively if used incorrectly or in excess.
Aloe vera gel is commonly used for hair and skin woes like dryness, and dullness among others. "Using aloe vera in excess can lead to skin and hair issues for you instead of giving you any benefits," said Monika Rana, a beauty expert running a beauty salon in Greater Noida.
