You might have seen various DIY face packs remedies with lemon as an ingredient. But is it safe for your skin? Experts don't think so! Lemon is highly acidic in nature and can cause skin irritation. Moreover, its oil can cause a phototoxic reaction on your skin when it’s exposed to UV rays. That means it can cause blisters or rashes.
Vinegar
While most of the toners contain vinegar, did you know that experts are actually against it? Vinegar has a high pH and is highly acidic in nature. It can cause irritation, sunburn, chemical burn, and depigmentation of the skin.

Spices
