Pandit Dwivedi said that it is considered extremely auspicious and good for your financial condition to bring a money plant into your home. The southeast direction is considered most appropriate for the money plant as this direction is known as Agni Kon and is believed to be ruled by Lord Ganesha. Keeping a money plant in this direction brings you monetary gains, happiness, and prosperity. Apart from this, you should never place a money plant in the northeast direction as that can cause financial loss.
2. Right Direction For Tulsi Plant As Per Vastu
It is said that if you place the Tulsi plant in the north, northeast, or east direction, it is auspicious for you and helps you attract happiness, prosperity, and positive energy. “According to Vastu Shastra, the northeast direction is considered to be the direction of Kubera, the god of wealth, so to improve the financial condition of the house, Tulsi should be planted in the north-east direction,” shared Pandit Ji.
3. Right Direction For Parijat or Harsingar Plant As Per Vastu
“The Parijat or Harsingar plant is said to be the 11th gem obtained in the Samudra Manthan. It is believed that fatigue vanishes just by touching it, energy flows in your body, and the Dev Doshas are pacified, leading to the welfare of the family members. It is considered auspicious to plant it in the north or east direction of the house for happiness, peace, and prosperity. It is believed that planting Parijat or Harsingar plants in the east direction of the house or courtyard is most beneficial,” said Pandit Dwivedi.
4. Right Direction For Bel Patra Plant As Per Vastu
The Bel Patra plant is considered very dear to Lord Shiva and its benefits are also mentioned in the Shiv Puran. “It is said that the place where this plant is kept becomes holy. You should always keep this plant in the north or northeast direction of the house. Planting it in the east direction is also considered good according to Vastu Shastra, but never keep it in the south direction even by mistake,” added the astrologer.

5. Right Direction For Areca Palm Plant As Per Vastu
Astrologer Dwivedi mentioned, “Areca palm is known to attract positive energy and radiate it. It brings peace and prosperity to the residents of the house. According to Vastu, keeping this plant in the east, southeast, south, or north direction is considered auspicious for the house members.”
