Ingredient
To make the aloo jeera, you need potatoes, cumin seeds, green chilli, and ginger. For flavours, black pepper, rock salt, and to garnish them you will need coriander and lemon juice.

Ghee and Cumin seeds (Jeera)
Add one tablespoon of ghee in a Kadhai or a pan and let it simmer for a few seconds. Then add the one and a half teaspoons of cumin seeds and let them sputter.

Add ginger and green chilli
On top of the cumin seeds, add one teaspoon of grated ginger and one chopped green chilli. Saute it for a few seconds until it turns a little brown.

Add potatoes and mix
Finally, add the hero of the recipe, three medium potatoes, and cut them nicely into cubes. Stir everything well, so that all the spices and ghee are well-coated on the potatoes.

Add spices
Sprinkle half a spoonful of black pepper and rock salt for that delicious taste. Mix them again, so that everything is well coated. Let it sit for 4-5 minutes on a low flame.

Wait for them to crisp up
Now to crisp them up, stir the potatoes a bit. It will not only crisp it up but also help the flavours soak up better.

Now to make it presentable, top the potatoes with some chopped coriander and a bit of lemon juice to make it flavoursome.
