Mirzapur Season 3: Real-Life Filming Locations In Uttar Pradesh

While the series is primarily shot in the city of Mirzapur, its shooting locations include other prominent cities in Uttar Pradesh like Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Varanasi. Other smaller cities like Jaunpur, Azamgarh, and Ghazipur also played a role in bringing Mirzapur to life.

Mirzapur

The web series Mirzapur is named after the city in Uttar Pradesh. Most of its scenes are filmed in the real-life location of Mirzapur. This city is close to Prayagraj, making it convenient for visitors to recognize many scenes from Mirzapur season 2. For instance, the scene where Kaleen Bhaiya, portrayed by Pankaj Tripathi, performs the last rites of Bauji, played by Kulbhushan Kharbanda, takes place at the Jargo Dam near Mirzapur in Chunar. Another notable scene is when Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Golu (Shweta Tripathi) shoot at Munna (Divyenndu), which also occurs in the same location.
