The high-octane drama inside the Bigg Boss Telugu season 8 house escalated as the 2nd-week nomination process took place on September 10, 2024. The task spanned over two days where each contestant was asked who they wished to nominate, presenting a valid reason for their choices. In the second week of Bigg Boss season 8, a total of 8 contestants are nominated. These include:

1. Shekar Basha
2. Prithviraj
3. Nikhil
4. Aditya
5. Naga Manikanta
6. Nainika
7. Seetha
8. Vishnupriya

While Nikhil was nominated over an argument about not preparing food, Kirrak Seetha was nominated by Prerana due to an argument over a dustbin. Prithvi on the other hand nominated Mnaikantha and Nainika. While Nikhil nominated Prithvi and Prerna, this led to an argument between Prithvi and Nikhil who seems to have a friendly relationship inside the house. Nikhil was upset over this and expressed his desire to go home. Nabi eventually nominated Nikhil. Contestants including Prithviraj, Prerana, Nikhil, Manikantha, Kirrak Seetha, Aditya Om, Nainika, and Shekhar Basha are on the nomination list for the second week.

Using this power, she saved Prerana and asked Vishnupriya to join the list. This might indicate that Vishnupriya has the highest chance of getting eliminated this week.
