If you don't want to test any cleaning solution on your wooden doors then a quick tip to get rid of the odour is to leave it open to natural air as much as possible. Let it get the natural sunlight and air.
A solution of ammonia can help in removing odour from the wooden door. Dip a clean cloth in ammonia solution and apply it to the wooden door. Next, wipe it off with another cloth dampened with water. However, make sure you do this only if your living space is well-ventilated as the ammonia smell can trouble you.
Baking soda can be a helpful ingredient to remove the musty smell from the doors. Spread baking soda all over the door. Let it sit overnight and the next morning, clean it off. This can be repeated if the musty smell doesn't go at once.
