Aakriti Rawal is the Founder of House of Chikankari, a brand dedicated to preserving the rich heritage of Lucknow’s traditional embroidery while empowering artisans. A graduate of King’s College London and Imperial College London, Aakriti was inspired to launch the brand during the pandemic after learning about the struggles of Chikankari artisans. Partnering with her mother and co-founder, Poonam Rawal, she combined her marketing expertise with her mother’s love for textiles to create a purpose-driven venture that not only celebrates craftsmanship but also uplifts artisan communities.
Saumya Misra
Saumya Misra is the Founder of Avataar Skincare Technologies, a brand revolutionising at-home, tech-enabled, non-invasive skin treatments. Before launching Avataar, she gained corporate experience at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) and Bain & Company. Her personal battle with skin concerns during her MBA years inspired her to create a technology-driven, customer-focused skincare solution. Anshita Mehrotra

Neeti Sharma, CEO of TeamLease Digital, is a seasoned leader with 30+ years of experience across corporate sectors, government bodies, and educational institutions. She also serves on the Governing Body of TeamLease Skills University, India's first Skills University.
Passionate about skills development and employment, Neeti is dedicated to making India’s youth job-ready. With expertise in managing diverse business functions and international markets, she has previously worked with GoodEarth, Mittal Group, and Aptech Limited.
An MBA graduate from Symbiosis University with a background in Statistics & Economics from Mumbai University, Neeti is a key voice in employment trends, tech advancements, industry-academia collaborations, and workforce upskilling. She is a CII Skills Council member, has served on the Karnataka Skills Task Force, and continues to drive initiatives for India’s evolving workforce.
Jaya Chahar
Jaya Chahar is the Founder & CEO of Trade Fantasy Games (TFG), a skill-based sports gaming platform. With 8+ years of experience, she has worked with leading organisations like Airtel, Star India, BBC, and Warner Brothers, playing a key role in scaling consumer tech businesses.
A media graduate with an advanced degree in Strategic Business Management and Financial Excellence from IIM Lucknow, Jaya blends business acumen with product innovation. Recognised as an ET Inspiring Woman Leader 2023, she champions leading by example, driving growth and impact in the gaming industry.
Shruti Aggarwal
With over 20 years of experience in finance and entrepreneurship, Shruti Aggarwal is a trailblazer in the fintech industry. She started her career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch (New York) and PwC (India) before launching Secret Caché New York. In 2016, she co-founded Stashfin, India’s leading digital financial services platform, revolutionising lending, payments, and investments.
Stashfin operates through its RBI-registered NBFC, offering flexible credit solutions and digital investments.
