Coffee grounds are a rich source of nitrogen. It also contains calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and chromium. You can sprinkle them around the plant and water them regularly to ensure that the coffee grounds are well mixed with the soil and act as a natural fertiliser.

Pest Repellant

Coffee contains caffeine and diterpenes which is extremely toxic for pests and insects. Moreover, it keeps beetles, flies and mosquitoes away from the plants. You can sprinkle coffee grounds in the plants as a natural pest repellent.

Coffee Attracts Worms
