Just apply some sanitiser directly onto the stained utensils and let it sit for around an hour. Lastly, gently scrub it off with a moist cloth and rinse with warm water and soap. However, due to their high alcohol content, sanitisers may make your plastic utensils discoloured. So make sure to wash the utensils thoroughly after use.
