Psst: Don’t worry for this will be a spoiler-free appreciation of the series!

‘Running Up That Hill’

While Eleven is the protagonist of the series, Max (played by Sadie Sink) was the biggest star of the fourth season. From the choice of Kate Bush’s powerful 80s song Running Up That Hill to the performances by the children and the depression metaphors in the scene, Max’s encounter with Vecna makes for one of the best moments in the entire series.

‘Master of Puppets’

A backdrop to the three most important moments in the season, Eddie’s remarkable metal performance of the Master of Puppets has a different fan base altogether. The scene takes you to one of the highest notes of the season including Jason's arrival at the Creel house, Max being chased by Vecna inside her mind, and Eddie trying to distract the bats with his performance.

Cycling In The Upside Down

This scene may not be a major event in the series, but it needs a special mention for how beautiful the shot is. The scene features a transition shot from Max, Dustin, Lucas and his sister cycling to execute their massive plan to Steve, Nancy, Robin, and Eddie cycling in the upside down.

Eleven Vs Vecna

One of the deadliest fights of the series takes place in the fourth season with Eleven fighting one of the most powerful and deadly monsters, Vecna. He is closer than ever to opening the gates to the Upside Down in Hawkins in this season until Eleven comes to the rescue. The fight is highly engaging.
