Recently, there were many angry users on X, formerly known as Twitter, complaining about the social media application, Snapchat facing a technical glitch. According to the suspicions of the netizens, the reason behind this massive failure in the application may be the recentalleged employee lay-off by the company.
Is Snapchat Down?
Apparently, Snapchat users have been facing trouble uploading their stories, and sending messages and snaps to their friends on the application.
According to the reports, problems with the website, application, and uploading stories have been registered by over 15% of the users.
However, the company has not made any statement regarding this nor shared any confirmation. The netizens suspect that one of the employees fired during the recent allegedlay-off by the company may have introduced a mal-program into their code building up to the failure in function.

What To Do If Snapchat Is Not Working?
If you are having problems with sharing snaps and texting with your friends on Snapchat, you can try hitting the ‘Retry’ button or reinstalling the application on your phone as this has worked for some of the users, however, there is no guarantee that this would resolve the glitch.
