On August 28, Pragnya Ayyagari of Telangana was declared LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2022. Pragnya Ayyagari is a fashion design student and an ardent lover of nature. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer who enjoys playing chess and loves bingeing K-dramas in her free time.
Pragnya completed her education at St. Andrews School in Bowenpally, Hyderabad, before enrolling in a course at INIFD in Himayatnagar. There she served as the Head Girl as well and took all responsibilities in her stride with pride and honor. Ayyagari began her modeling career while still in college. After winning the Miss India Telangana title in 2022, she became quite popular. Her goal is to launch a sustainable fashion line that will influence people to live more sustainably to protect the environment.

On August 28, the Miss Diva competition's 10th edition was held. The event crowns LIVA Miss Diva Supranational and LIVA Miss Diva Universe 2022. Ayyagari took home the LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2022 title that evening. LIVA Miss Diva has been supporting and inspiring many aspiring women for ten years now, believing in them and supporting them at every turn.

The winners were announced in a star-studded ceremony at Famous Studios, Mahalaxmi, in Mumbai on a night filled with beauty and glamour. The competition celebrated the significant triumphs of the current Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, who had a special on-stage reunion with Lara Dutta. Sandhu received the Pride of India award as well. The accomplishments of previous Miss Divas were honored later in the evening, and then LIVA Miss Diva Universe 2022 and LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2022 were crowned.

Rahul Rajasekharan, Mister Supranational Asia 2021, Meher Castelino, a former beauty queen, and actress Tanushree Dutta were present at the ceremony. During the inaugural ceremony, several former beauty queens graced the ramp and looked stunning. Meher Castelino, Tanushree Dutta, and Sangeeta Bijlani walked the runway as well. Former Miss Universe Lara Dutta and Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu shared a photo from the event's red carpet. Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, Miss Universe 2021, also received the Pride of India award.
