Prabhas-Kriti Sanon's Adipurush First Look Out; Actor Transforms Into Lord Ram

On Friday morning, September 30, the first look of filmmaker Om Raut's much-awaited film, Adipurush was released. This has got the fans excited. The film stars Kriti Sanon, Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh in the lead roles.

The first poster of the film features Prabhas essaying the role of Lord Ram. He can be seen sitting on one of his knees holding a bow and an arrow and looking towards the sky.

Prabhas took to his Instagram to share the first look of the film. Sharing the poster, he wrote, “|| Aarambh || Join us as we embark on a magical journey on the Sarayu River Bank in Ayodhya, UP. #AdipurushInAyodhya.”

He also shared that the first poster and the first teaser of the film will be unveiled on October 2 (Sunday), at 7:11 pm. The film will be released in theatres on January 12, 2023, in IMAX & 3D. It will be released in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Prabhas also tagged the cast and crew of the film including, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Om Raut, and Sunny Singh.

In the film, Saif Ali Khan will be portraying the role of Raavan, Kriti Sanon will play Janaki, and Sunny Singh will be essaying the role of Lakshman, according to reports. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair. It is directed by Om Raut.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Kriti Sanon said, “I would love to work with him again, I had a great time working with him...apart from food, something unique about him... I think he has some weird purity in his eyes. Sometimes, I’ve seen his shots like, when the camera is really close there is so little that he does with his eyes & you can really feel everything that he is feeling. I think he is one of those people whose eyes are really expressive and very deep & there is something very pure, which I also feel is one of the reasons why he really suits the part because he has that sense of niceness and purity in his eyes.(sic)”
