The premium smartphone segment witnesses a significant upgrade as OnePlus introduces its latest flagship device, the OnePlus 13, in India. This new offering builds upon the success of its predecessor while introducing substantial improvements in battery life, processing power, and camera capabilities, according to the official OnePlus website.
OnePlus 13: Price and Sale Details
The OnePlus 13 is available in different configurations, starting with the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model, priced at Rs. 69,999. The 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model is priced at Rs. 76,999, while the top-tier 24GB RAM + 1TB storage variant will cost Rs. 89,999.
As per OnePlus's official website, the phone will go on sale starting January 10, and customers can take advantage of various bank offers and discounts.
As per the official OnePlus website, there are several bank offers available, including discounts with ICICI bank cards. For example, the base model price can drop to Rs. 64,999 with applicable offers. Additionally, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are priced at Rs. 11,999, and the 50W OnePlus magnetic wireless charger is available for Rs. 5,999.

The design of the OnePlus 13 has received subtle but important upgrades compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus 12. OnePlus 13: Display
The OnePlus 13 continues to feature a 6.82-inch QHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support, similar to the OnePlus 12. However, this model brings some enhancements, including 1,600 nits of local brightness in high brightness mode and 4,500 nits of peak brightness, making it ideal for outdoor visibility.
One notable addition to this display is its flat design, which replaces the curved edges found on previous models. According to OnePlus, the device can be operated while wearing gloves, a feature that adds convenience in colder seasons. Additionally, the display is protected by Ceramic Guard coating, providing better protection against scratches.
OnePlus 13: Chipset and Software
The OnePlus 13 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, built on a 3nm process. This chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, promises significantly improved performance and efficiency. The device runs on OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, providing a faster, smoother experience.

The OnePlus 13 comes with a 6000mAh battery, a notable increase from the previous 5400mAh unit in the OnePlus 12. OnePlus claims that this larger battery provides nearly two days of battery life. The device supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, allowing users to quickly recharge their devices.
Additionally, the 5,000mAh magnetic wireless charging power bank can be attached to the phone, offering even more convenience for on-the-go charging.

OnePlus 13: Waterproofing, Biometrics, and Other Features
The OnePlus 13 is both IP68 and IP69 rated, offering protection against water immersion and high-pressure water jets. For biometric security, it features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that works even with wet hands and provides a faster unlocking experience.
