Malaika Arora Spills Beans On Wedding Rumours, Says 'We Will Go One Step At A Time'

Of late, Bollywood power couple, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor, has become the talk of the town. Reports are doing rounds that the couple will soon tie the knot this year.

However, In a recent interview with a leading media house, the actress quashed all the rumours and clearly stated that she is not getting married anytime soon. "As for marriage, these are not things you can predict. We will go one step at a time. We have been very honest about where we stand, and as and when things move, we will speak about it," Malaika said.

The diva also said that at present she is in a happy space both personally and professionally. "I think happiness is a state of mind and yes, why go into histrionics. Yes, I am happy, why have so much explanation, yes I am happy. In the business (showbiz), everybody is at the receiving end of all of this (speculations about marriage). No one is spared of these kinds of conjectures so to speak. Like we have said, there’s no marriage on the cards right now", she was quoted as saying by an entertainment portal.

And the man in the relationship, Arjun Kapoor also had a similar answer about his marriage to Malaika. "I am not getting married. If I am getting married I will speak about it openly. There is no reason for me to hide it. It is not something I can hide from people. If I am not hiding anything now, why will I hide my marriage?" he said.

The duo, who were reportedly dating before they made their relationship official with a social media post, recently celebrated New Year in Goa. The actress had even shared a lovey-dovey picture with her beau which took the internet by storm. Check out the picture below:

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have their hands full. While Arjun was most recently seen in filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Panipat’ movie, Arora is busy shooting for MTV reality show, India's Next Top Model.
