Lohri is celebrated all across India, especially in Punjab and other northern regions. Every year, the day is celebrated on 13th January. The festival of Lohri marks the harvest of rabi crops and the end of the winter season. It is celebrated by lighting a bonfire at night and dancing around it with friends and family. This year, due to the pandemic, the celebrations may not be the same but that we will all find some way or the other to enjoy the festivities with our close ones.
