Popular IAS officer Tina Dabi and her husband Dr. Pradeep Gawande have welcomes their first born child in a hospital situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. A year after their wedding, Dabi and her spouse Gawande have become proud parents of a baby boy. Dabi who topped the batch of Indian civil services exam in the year 2015 became the first ever female district collector of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan before she took up a non-field position in Jaipur because of her pregnancy this year. In July, she bid her Jaisalmer appointment goodbye and posted about it on her social media account.
Prior to becoming a district collector of Jaisalmer, Tina Dabi held the position of joint secretary in the finance department of Rajasthan. Dabi had met Pradeep Gawande during the Covid 19 pandemic and the rest has been history.

Later she got married a second time to Pradeep Gawande who is a 2013 batch IAS officer. The couple tied the knot in front of a photograph of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar which holds symbolic importance for Tina Dabi’s Dalit caste identity.
