hardik pandya trolled misgynist

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s popular chat show 'Koffee with Karan' featured Indian cricketers and we were left aghast! KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya, BCCI stars, spoke on various topics but it is crystal clear that respect for women is far away. Pandya has made sure that if we ever encounter Pandya at a club, how is one supposed to react. To start with, many of us don't know what 'Misogyny' means. It basically meansdislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women.

During the entire interview or episode, Pandya's comments outrightly objectified women. Don't remember? Here are some excerpts of the question and answer game that Pandya 'nailed' and to what limits!

Kjo: Why don't you ask women their name in a club? What do you talk about, then?

Pandya: I like to watch and observe how they (women) move. I'm little from the black side so I need to see how they move.

So racist and Misogynist is the word. This is just the beginning. The cricketer related how his family is 'cool' with his sexual exploits. Apparently, he even informed his family about losing his virginity and that all the members were fine with it. Now there is nothing wrong and it is absolutely good to be open about conversations on sex but then, Pandya spoke about how he loves to announce to the family that he had sex today.!

When asked who gets the woman if both Pandya and KL liked the same girl, Rahul said that it was up to the woman to decide, butPandya felt the other way and said it crassly that there were no such rules. Whoever could manage to get the girl before the other, won.
How can we forget the obnoxious references to cheerleaders and his boasting about his love for sleeping with women, his lockerroom fantasies like he likes to 'spank' and oh the epic casual references about 'sharing' women? Nevertheless, the show and the cricketersinvited some major trolling and here are some of the tweets not just by women but by men as well that made it clear that this attitude was appalling to the hilt!
While one cricket fan even said that former cricketer Sourav Ganguly would have slapped Hardik, had he been there, a Twitter verified user pointed out that this episode could have been avoided. We think there are no ethics when it comes to gaining TRPs.
After this trolling, we hope people get more sense and understand that objectifying women is not cool and it totally reflects your upbringing, no matter who you are!
