Gori Nagori On Leaving Controversies Behind And Joining The Bigg Boss House

Gori Nagori is an Indian dancer, who is well known for her appearances in Rajasthani and Haryanvi music videos. Her real name is Taslima Bano. She got the most recognition for featuring in a Rajasthani music video called “Le Photo Le” in 2019. The music video has over 567 million views on Youtube.

Nagori is known as the “Shakira of Rajasthan” because of her excellent dancing skills. She showcased her dance skills during her introductory performance at the Bigg Boss premiere. Gori says she got her name from her fair complexion, as fair in Hindi means “Gori” and the second part of her name, “Nagori” is where she is from.

Nagori has been involved in her fair share of controversies. She was involved in one of her biggest controversies in 2017, because of her bold dance for the inauguration of the Rajasthan University Students’ Union Office. She has already been in fights during the first week of the show. She got into a fight with another contestant, Sreejita De, who called her “standardless”.

While onstage with Salman Khan, Nagori talked about her estranged relationship with her family and the host encouraged her to not pay attention to the negativity that comes with fame and success. Gori talks about not caring about what the world thinks and just focusing on her art, as she knows those who spread hate out of jealousy will never move forward in life.
