Janhvi, Sonam, Nora And Other Stars Dazzle At Filmfare Middle East Anniversary Event

It was a starry night at the Filmfare Middle East first anniversary bash as many fashionable and talented names descended on the red carpet in Muscat. The event saw some spectacular performances by Janhvi Kapoor, Ishan Khattar, Nora Fatehi and others even as a bevy of stars was honoured for its talent. Bollywood’s leading ladies Sonam Kapoor, Tabu, Jacquelin Fernandez and Chitrangada Singh stole the show with their beautiful outfits. The men were not far behind as Rajkummar Rao and Jim Sarbh upped the style quotient in their uber-cool formal look.

Style Divas Ahoy!

Sonam Kapoor wore an elegant, pristine white gown by Ezra Couture which she paired with earrings by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla. Her makeup and hairdo was kept minimal by artist Ari Nayar with the hair pulled back into a ponytail to balance the look of the outfit. The fashionable actress was styled by her sister Rhea Kapoor for the event.

Chitrangada Singh also opted for a white gown with a plunging neckline and red glitter lips which looked absolutely stunning. Jacqueline Fernandez looked angelic in a glittery gown with feathered sleeves by Kuwaiti designer Yousef Al Jasmi at the event:

A Zingaat Affair

Janhvi Kapoor, who wore a beautiful pastel green layered gown for the event, was seen shaking a leg with rumoured boyfriend Ishan Khattar on stage to the tune of the song Zingaat from their movie Dhadak which sent the audience into frenzy:

Janhvi was also clicked with Rajkummar Rao, who wore a funky embroidered red tuxedo, and the fresh pair will soon be seen in the Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming horror-comedy movie Rooh Afza in which the actress will reportedly play a double role. Rajkummar also won the Filmfare Middle East performer of the year award in Oman, for his work in Stree and Omerta. The actor is on a roll winning awards at almost every event as he also won the Rule Breaker of the year award at the GQ Style And Culture Awards 2019 held recently.
