Magha Amavasya, February 1, Tuesday
According to the Hindu calendar, the new moon that falls during the Krishna Paksha and Magha month has special significance. It is called Magha Amavasya.
Many people also call it Mauni Amavasya and observe the fast by remaining silent throughout the day. On this day, it is also customary to take a bath in a holy river like Ganga or Yamuna.
Shubh Muhurat: Starting from 1:15 pm on 31st January 2022 i.e. Monday, this festival will continue till 1:16 am on 1st February i.e. Tuesday.
Basant Panchami, February 5, Saturday
According to the Hindu calendar, spring is considered a season and the arrival of this season is celebrated like a festival across the country. The festival of Basant Panchami is celebrated every year on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Magha month.
On this day, Goddess Sarawati is worshipped and yellow coloured clothes are worn. Basant Panchami is also celebrated as Prem Divas as we worship Lord Kamdev and Goddess Rati (the gods of love) on this day.
Shubh Muhurat: The auspicious time of worship starts from 12:13 in the afternoon till 12:57 in the afternoon.
Jaya Ekadashi, February 12, Saturday
The festival of Jaya Ekadashi is celebrated on the Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha of Magha month. Shri Krishna avatar of Lord Vishnu is worshipped on this festival. It is said that a person who worships Lord Krishna on this day gets salvation. Financial crises are removed and married life becomes pleasant. On this day, you can also take measures to remove Chandra Dosh.
Shubh Muhurat: Ekadashi will start at 1:50 pm on 11th February i.e. Friday and will end at 4:30 pm on 12th February i.e. Saturday.
Kumbh Sankranti, February 13, Sunday
There are many Sankranti during the year, one of which is Kumbh Sankranti. On this day, the sun transits from Capricorn to Aquarius. The Kumbh Mela, which is considered quite important among Hindus, also begins on this day.
Bathing in the holy river of Ganges on this day has special significance. It is said that taking a bath in the river Ganges on this day gets rid of all sins.
Magha Purnima, February 16, Wednesday
Just like Magha Amavasya, Magha Purnima is also given a lot of importance in Hinduism. Charity is also done on this day. Along with this, taking a bath in the holy river also gives auspicious results. Keeping a fast on this day brings happiness, prosperity and children.

Vijaya Ekadashi, February 27, Sunday
There are many types of Ekadashi celebrated in Hinduism, out of which Vijaya Ekadashi is considered extremely important. On this day, Lord Shri Ram worshipped Mata Ekadashi before climbing to Lanka.
This festival is celebrated on the day of Ekadashi of Krishna Paksha of Falgun month. If you want to win in a task done with a good motive, then worshipping Maa Ekadashi on this day ensures your victory.
