To create a rice water spray, soak a handful of rice in 1 litre of warm water. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, then stir well.
Soak banana peels in water in a closed jar for a few days. Once ready, dilute the liquid with water before using it on your plants.
Crush eggshells into small pieces and mix them into the soil.
Dip your plant cuttings in ground cinnamon before planting them in the soil.
Crush garlic cloves and let them sit in hot water for 30 minutes. Strain the liquid and dilute it with water.
