"SAHIB SINGH FOR BURBERRY AW22 š»š¤ Bursting with pride for our little Singh! He had so much fun at this shoot and we really loved meeting everyone on set. Being part of the Burberry Bear AW 22 campaign is incredible and to be the first patka wearing model for the biggest British brand is just an amazing achievement for our little 4 year old and the Sikh community. Thank you to @southcoastkidzltd and the @burberry team for making this happen. š¤ The video featuring Sahib and the other beautiful diverse children is live on the Burberry site and we canāt wait to see the rest of the images that are going to be released š»" See the post:

"On this journey, we have gone through so many different emotions.
š»We have felt a few disappointments when Sahib isnāt chosen for a job. We have never told him about any shoots until heās fully confirmed as he doesnāt need to feel the emotions involved.
š»The stress when the council refuses his license to āperform.ā Never under estimate a parent who wants the world for their child!
š»The joy and pride I felt at the shoot was overwhelming. I couldnāt hold back the tears seeing Sahib recognised by this iconic brand. So grateful to them for pushing boundaries and always producing the best work.
People may say and think many positive and negative things about us but we know what we want our kids to know and feel. Nothing is impossible.
Modelling may not be Sahibās career and thatās fine. But whether Sutch and Sahib want to be footballers, artists, or chefs. They know they donāt have to stick to traditions and the sky is the limit."
In an interview with Vogue India, Singhās parents said, āSahib had an incredible day with the Burberry team, who really looked after all the children they were shooting with. To see our son, who does look different from his peers, being given a chance by the iconic British brand was truly a milestone moment.ā
They added, "We want not just Sahib but all the boys in our community to be proud of their heritage, and wear their patkas and paghs with pride and confidence."
