Bigg Boss 13 Ex Contestant Rashami Desai Thankful To Have Asim Riaz By Her Side

In the beginning of Bigg Boss 13, we all saw that the former contestants in the house, Rashami Desai and Asim Riaz were in different teams. While Asim would always chilling wit Sidharth Shukla, Rashami had no one to hang out with. But now that the show is over, the contestants have moved on with their lives. Some are bonding with each other now and in fact have realised that they make really good friends, share a great bond, but some are still in touch just for work it seems.

Towards the end of the reality TV show, Asim and Rashami had become friends when Arhaan got eliminated. The two suppoerted each other, hung out like best buddies and after the show as well, the bond seems to have deepend and Rashami feels "thankful" that Asim is around.

During an interview with The Times of India, Rashami said: "Asim and I started talking in December. Before that, we would fight a lot. He took his time to come around and maybe, that made our friendship stronger. We understood each other well and he did things for me without making a noise about it. He is genuine. We became closer because of the situations we faced inside the house. We don’t expect anything from each other.

"I am just thankful to him for standing by my side. Usne mere liye ghar ke andar bohot kuchh kiya hai, jhela hai aur bechaare ne maar bhi khaayi hai, par usne kabhi mujhe jataaya nahi. I am thankful to him for standing by my side."

"Itne kam time mein main Devoleena (Bhattacharjee) ke bhi itna close ho gayi thi. I can do anything for her," she added.

Asim gained mass popularity thanks to the show. Even American wrestler John Cena had posted his picture on his own Instagram for reasons best known to Cena as it has no caption, but well it sure gained him immense spotlight. Riaz was also mobbed by the crowd in Gujarat recenlty.

While Asim supported Rashami inside the house, Rasahmi's Rakhi brother Mrunal Jain supported her outside. Speaking on Arhaan and Rashami's controversy, Mrunal told a media house: "Frankly speaking, I would like to meet Rashami Desai and I want to meet her soon. Mujhe aisa lag raha hai that I should go inside the House now and talk to her. She needs me or her brother Gaurav, I am sure she has a lot to say. I want to go and hug her. I want to go and hold my sister. I bet, she's going through a lot."

Though Rashami has had a rather tumultous journey inside the 'Bigg Boss 13' house, which concluded recently, Rashami Desai has earned a friend for life. We are talking about Asim Riaz, the first runner-up of the 13th season of the reality show. Talking about her friendship with him, she says, "
