A day after Bollywood's Megastar, Amitabh Bachchan along with his son Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the coronavirus, members of his family including daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya have also tested positive as per reports.
Earlier on June 11, Big B tweeted, confirming the news that he had been tested positive. Bachchan Senior has been admitted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai and is undergoing treatment. According to the doctors, the actor is out of danger. Amitabh and Abhishek had a few symptoms after which they both were tested for the virus. According to the reports, the entire family underwent the Antigen Rapid test.
The father-son duo has a mild fever but their oxygen levels are normal. Their second report is expected to be out in 24 hours.

The entire Bachchan family, including Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Aaradhya Bachchan have tested negative for the virus. Meanwhile, Amitabh himself has requested all those who have come in contact with him in the last 10 days to get tested.
Amitabh is said to be asymptomatic and stable. The star was self-isolating at home before he was taken to the hospital on Saturday evening.
Ever since the star shared news about his health condition, scores of well-wishers and senior leaders have started sharing their reactions on twitter. Several of them wished him a speedy recovery.

According to the authorities, the house of the actor will be sealed and sanitised to ensure maximum protection.
In addition to this, Mumbai Mirror has reported that actress Rekha's security guard has also been tested positive for Covid-19 and the BMC has sealed her bungalow.
Amitabh Bachchan, along with his family members, was staying at home in Mumbai ever since the lockdown was announced on March 25. His daughter, Shweta Nanda, along with her kids, Navya and Agastya, were too staying in Mumbai.
