Aashka Goradia is one of the most beautiful actresses of television. She is known for her flawless beauty and toned body. She has been a part of a lot of television shows like Kkusum, Laagi Tujhse Lagan and Naagin among others. The actress has also been a part of reality shows like Bigg Boss and Nach Baliye. Aashka has been all around news ever since she got married to her long-time beau Brent Goble last year. The couple received loads of love from the audience when they participated in dance reality show, Nach Baliye.
Both Aashka and Brent stay super active on social media and keep sharing bits from their beautiful life. The two really make a great couple and we love how they give us partner goals! The couple swears by Yoga and it is all over the net. Aashka who is currently missing from the TV screen is busy with her startup, Renee by Aashka. Also, she has been giving us some amazing beauty tips through Instagram handle. We had a quick chat with her and she shared some of her secrets!

1. You have a naturally beautiful skin. Tell us the secret!
Proper diet, regular sleep, plenty of water, avoiding alcohol, and productive habits. Maybe a few scrubs here and there.
2. Tell us your three favourite beauty essentials you just can't do without.
I swear by Korean facial masks, Ayurvedic based cleansers, and vitamin C cream.
3. You swear by homemade beauty products. Tell us your favourite home remedy for your flawless looking skin.
While being notoriously messy (and also I felt like a kid again), my DIY charcoal mask is my favorite. Activated Charcoal and gelatin mixed together forming a rejuvenating treatment. My skin feels like new again.
4. What is your go-to makeup product?
I don’t think I can leave the house without a solid, empowering lip shade.
5. What makes you stay this fit? Please share tips from your fitness regime.
My husband and I swear by yoga. Specifically the Ashtanga practice. Brent has opened my mind and heart to the entire philosophy and practice of yoga. Also, he and I like to practice our acro yoga poses. Ironically we have our most fun when we fall.
6. What do you eat to keep yourself fit and young?
Clean, Gujarati food - mung roti, daal, subzi is my staple diet. I keep clear of alcohol as it damages nutrient absorption and really wrecks my skin. For breakfast, I have a jaw-droppingly delicious smoothie with fruits and just a tablespoon of shrikhand. It fires me up for the day! Some days, I’m a devout patron to California Pizza kitchen. A girl needs her pizza and I have no regrets.
7. You and Brent look so happy together. What do you think is the secret of a happy marriage?
We are best friends. We communicate about everything and often times he knows what I’m thinking without me saying anything. It’s important to recognize that the other person has their perspective at times of disagreement and it needs to be understood by the person. Brent and I hold that the measure of the relationship is measured not when times are joyful (for there are many between he and me) but when we are challenged. And that coming together to support one another is “the” relationship.
8. How has your life changed after marriage?
I sleep better! We’ve grown by leaps and bounds in the last year. But really the marriage of our hearts began when Brent came to India in September 2016. The marriage was a big stepping stone for us, yes, but since we’ve been together our relationship has grown everyday, since the ‘first’ day.
9. You both travel a lot. What is your favourite travel destination? Also, give us some travel hacks and tips that work great for you.
Easy - Andaman Islands. Hands down, no question about it. That trip changed our lives for the better, permanently. Something about the exoticism and innocence of the islands, not to mention the rich history, filled us with adventure. We were up each morning before dawn, bags in hand, on the bike ready to breathe in the unknown. It was...magical. When we returned to Bombay, we continued to get up with the sunrise. That little time in the morning always reminded us of the “hours before adventure.”
Travel Hacks - we know what has worked for us. We research what activities to do in the given area and rate them on a scale of priority. With restaurants, we sometimes book in advance sometimes just roam around satisfying the moment. You should have a game plan for your trip but not be too rigid.
10. You always give us some serious fashion goals! Tell us how you like to style yourself and what is your go-to fashion statement?
Other people dress me up.
11. When are we seeing you back on television? Any upcoming projects?
Right now really focusing on our small business. Sales have exceeded our expectations yet we know that when things are going well that’s when to expand. So we are in that zone at the moment.
