17 TV Couples That Broke Up After Participating On Nach Baliye!

Everything was hunky dory with these TV celebs until they danced on this platform. It just so happens or do they explore their chemistry and personalities properly when under pressure... who knows why it happened. But, they sure split after participating here. Ridhi Dogra & Raqesh Bapat

Popular couple Ridhi Dogra and Raqesh Bapat, who had become very close friends during the shoot of the show 'Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak' and got married in 2011, broke up just this year. They participated in Nach Baliye season 6 but are now ending their marriage of around eight years.

Mrunal Thakur & Sharad Chandra Tripathi

Mrunal, the "Kumkum Bhagya" fame actor had been dating Sharad Chandra Tripathi for some time and then they also participated in Nach Baliye 7. Via the show, the couple wanted to convince their parents to accept their relationship but their love affair came to an end right after the show and the actress is now rumoured to be dating her former co-star, Arjit Taneja.

Shweta Keswani & Alex O' Neil

This Nach Baliye 3 contestant pair of Shweta and Alexx got divorced in 2011. They dated each other in 2006 and got married in October 2008. In fact, they got married in four different ways -- a court marriage, Buddhist, Hindu ceremony and a Christian wedding. Shweta is now married to Ken Andino and they have a son together.

Narayani Shashtri & Gaurav Chopraa

Actor Gaurav Chopraa, who was last seen on Bigg Boss 10, has also been a part of Nach Baliye. He participated with actress and love interest Narayani Shastri but called it quits while the season 2 was very much still going on.

Kushal Tandon & Elena Boeva

This "Beyhad" actor Kushal Tandon participated with his love interest Elena Boeva but broke up soon after the season ended.

Karan Patel & Amita Chandekar

"Ye Hai Mohabbatein" actor Karan Patel was apparently seeing Nach Baliye partner Amita during the third season of the show. However, the rumours were put to rest when Karan, post their elimination, announced that she was never his girlfriend.

Karishma Tanna & Upen Patel

The handsome couple met on "Bigg Boss 8" and even participated in Nach Baliye 7 and Upen even went down on his knees to propose to Karishma and their love story looked perfect. However, soon after, they broke up and called it quits in 2016.

Deepshikha Nagpal & Keshav Arora

This couple got married in 2012 and participated in Nach Baliye Season 5. Their relationship went for a toss after some time, as it had become very messy. Deepshikha had filed a complaint against Keshav for threatening to kill her and her kids. They had then parted ways for a brief period, but after a few months reconciled. However, they are now separated.

Karan V Grover & Kavita Kaushik

Actress Kavita Kaushik, who is now married to Ronnit Biswas, was once seeing "Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant" actor Karan V Grover. The couple danced together in the third season of Nach Baliye but it did not last for long as they broke up right after the show ended.

Karan Singh Grover & Shraddha Nigam

They did not appear as contestants but they participated as guests on this show in the third season. They were happily married at the time but it did not last long and ended in a divorced. Karan Singh Grover, who is now essaying the role of Mr Bajaj on "Kausauti Zindagi Kay 2" is now married to Bipasha Basu.

Bruna Abdullah & Omar Herror

The Brazilian actress was one of the contestants on Nach Baliye 6. She had participated in the dance reality show with Omar Herrot. However, they broke up after the show. Bruna is now dating Allan Fraser and they are expecting their first baby.

Rahul Mahajan & Dimpy Ganguly

Rahul Mahajan married Dimpy Ganguly on the reality show 'Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayenge'. They participated as a couple on Nach Baliye 5, stayed together for a couple of years, but ended when the latter filed for a divorce. They even appeared on Bigg Boss. Dimpy is now married to Dubai-based businessman Rohit Roy and has a daughter.

Shaleen Bhanot & Daljeet Kaur

The ugly divorce of Shaleen Bhanot and "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon" actress Daljeet Kaur is known to all, but they were very much in love during Nach Baliye 4 and also won the trophy. Daljeet in fact accused husband Shaleen of domestic violence and they ended their marriage in 2015.
