The food was honestly exquisite bringing the authentic taste to your tongue. The menu is expertly crafted by Chef Sachin Rathore from Jaipur.
“Chef Sachin Rathore, celebrated for his expertise in traditional Rajasthani cuisine, will showcase a selection of his most cherished dishes, including the fiery Laal Maans, Daal Baati, Junglee Maas, rich Jodhpuri Gatta Curry, and the decadent Ghewar, among others. Joining him is our Executive Chef Sandeep Saini, who has collaborated with Chef Rathore to curate a menu that truly reflects the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan, bringing the regal taste of the desert state to Gurugram. We are excited to bring the essence of Rajasthan to Gurugram through our Rangeelo Rajasthan food festival,” said Mr Gaurav Apte, General Manager.
“Guests are invited to indulge in this extraordinary culinary experience from August 30 to September 8, 2024, starting from 7:00 pm onwards. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to savour the royal flavours of Rajasthan at Café G, where tradition meets taste in every bite,” he added.
The service is a mix of buffet and table service, you have to order certain food options at the live stations, serve yourself at the buffet, and order some things like drinks from your table. The ambience fits perfectly with the theme as their recent decor is all about the traditions of Rajasthan.

We had a truly great time with delightful cuisine, a cosy ambience, and light theme music playing in the background. I really liked the Raj Kachori, Dal Baati and Tawa chicken in the starters, the Laal Maas and Kishmish Ki Sabzi with Missi Roti in the main course, and the Ghewar and Malai Kachori in the dessert.
We were also served a Gulabari drink in the beginning which felt so homey and was a treat for our tastebuds. If you are craving some Rajasthani delight, I highly recommend giving Cafe G’s Rangeelo Rajasthan food festival a try! (Upcoming Events In Delhi)
