This method helps retain moisture while preventing the leaves from becoming too wet, which can lead to rot.
2. Store In A Container
After wrapping the coriander in paper towels, store it in a perforated plastic bag or an airtight container. The perforations in the bag allow for air circulation, reducing moisture buildup. If using a container, ensure it is not too tight to allow some airflow, which helps prevent condensation and mould growth.
3. Use A Jar of Water
For a fresh and green look, you can store coriander in a jar of water. Trim the stems and place them in a jar with a small amount of water, just enough to cover the stems.
