Make this easy Strawberry Bingsu recipe at home.
In a medium-sized mixer jar, add some whole milk and sweetened condensed milk and mix them thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray and let it freeze for a few hours until completely frozen.
Prepare the strawberry sauce by adding freshly cut strawberries and granulated sugar into a saucepan.
Let it cook for a few minutes until sugar is dissolved and the sauce has thickened.
Let it rest until it cools completely.
Take the Bingsu cubes, add them to a food processor, and pulse them until broken and fluffy.
Add the shaved ice to a serving bowl.
Pour strawberry sauce over it along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Arrange halved strawberries in the bowl.
Serve it chill!
