How To Make Sohan Ka Halwa At Home?

Use a sieve to sift some refined flour into a bowl and set it aside. In a pan, heat some ghee and add sugar. Keep stirring until you get a syrup consistency and the sugar is dissolved completely. Slowly add the sifted refined flour and stir constantly to avoid lumps. Cook the mixture until it turns brown. In a wide tray, spead a very thin layer of ghee on the baking sheet and sprinkle crushed dry fruits. Now, transfer the cooked halwa into the tray and let it cool. Or, serve it hot and garnish with ghee and dry fruits. You can also store it in the refrigerator for a while if you prefer. Take it out of the tray and cut into cubes to enjoy as barfi.
