Ingredients

  • 1 cup of hung curd
  • 8-10 slices of bread
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon aamchur
  • finely chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste.

Step

  1. Step 1:

In a bowl, start mixing your ingredients to make stuffing. Firstly, pour hung curd, then add onion, tomatoes, capsicum, carrot, peas, coriander, aamchur, salt, chilli powder, and garam masala.

  2. Step 2:

Take bread slices, trim off the edges. Using your roller, make all bread slices as thin as possible.

  3. Step 3:

Place 1 tablespoon of prepared stuffing on one side of the bread slice. Brush a little bit of water around the edges to seal the pockets.

  4. Step 4:

Then roll and press the corners tightly, otherwise the stuffing will fall out in oil.

  5. Step 5:

Take a wok, add oil and heat it on medium flame. Start cooking the bread rolls in batches of 2-3.

  6. Step 6:

Cook until all the rolls turn golden brown. Once done, serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
