Ingredients:
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 2 bananas vertically cut into 2
- 2 tsp jaggery sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt or as per taste
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Grill pineapple slices and banana in a pan from both the sides. Now, pour coconut milk in a deep pan and add maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt as per taste. You creamy sauce is ready to serve. Last but not the least, drizzle the sauce over the grilled fruits. Isn’t it amazing?
