A quick North Indian dessert made with sesame seeds, khoya and sugar.
To prepare this delicious sweet, dry roast sesame seeds. Keep aside and allow it to cool.
Heat ghee in a pan over medium flame. Add khoya to it and saute till it turns light pink.
Next, add sesame seeds along with sugar in it. Stir it continuously and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Transfer on to the greased plate and leave it to cool. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
