- In a bowl, take some flour and butter and add 1 teaspoon salt to it. Take 1/3 cup of water and add it to the bowl 1 teaspoon at a time. Mixture all until a dough is formed. Keep rolling the dough and make a flat work surface with it. Roll again 5 times until smooth. Now wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 1 hour.
- In a pan take some water, add salt and then potatoes to it, cook until tender for about 15-20 minutes. Finally, after this, add the peas to it and cook again for 3 minutes then drain.
- In another pan take some oil, and fry the onions, then add the rest of the ingredients like cloves, ginger, chilies, and then keep stirring till a fragrant aroma arises. Next, add the mango pickle and tomato paste after putting in the potatoes and peas to it.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Then spread a layer of the dough in the baking tray. Then add the filling in the center of the pastry, beat the eggs with cold water 2 tablespoons approx, and brush this over the edges to seal. Lay another pastry over it and crimp the edges using a fork.
- Finally, sprinkle caraway and nigella and bake for 20- 30 minutes.
- For minted yogurt place the yogurt, minted leaves, eschalot cloves, caster sugar, and whiz together until smooth.
