How To Make Ram-Don?
Ram-Don is a Korean noodle dish that can be cooked at home and savoured. It is extremely delicious and known for its eccentric flavours and level of spice. The process of making the dish is very easy. Here is a step-by-step guide.
- Pat dry the steak and cut it into sleek slices. Then coat it with an appropriate amount of salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet at a medium-high flame. Once done, saute the steak slices until they are slightly cooked. It may be done in about 2-3 minutes.
- Take a saucepan and heat 4 cups of water. Put the dried noodles and vegetable packs and let it cook. Keep the seasoning packs for later.
- After about 4 minutes the noodles will be done. Then drain most of the water by leaving about half a cup in the saucepan.
- Mix the seasoning packers of both Jjapagetti and Neoguri noodles, add the amount according to the spice level you want, and mix it all together.
- Add the sauteed steak slices to the saucepan and let it heat for a bit. Make sure to not mix the slices with the noodles as that may make it soggy. Do it enough so that it gets coated in the sauce and tastes like heaven.
- Once cooked, transfer the noodle dish to a fancy plate and garnish your Ram-don with some green onions and sesame seeds.
