  • Full cream milk - 2 cups
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
  • Powdered sugar - 2 ½ tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder or rose water - a pinch or a drop
  • Pista, almonds, saffron, choco sprinkles, rose petals to garnish

Method:

  • Take a container and boil full cream milk.
  • Once the milk starts boiling, lower the flame and add lemon juice to it. The milk will curdle.
  • Now, take a muslin cloth and rinse the excess water and hang cheena for some time.
  • Wash cheena with cold water and put it under a heavy weighing container to let the excess water rinse.
