Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sattu ka atta (roasted gram flour)
  • 5-6 finely chopped mint leaves (pudina)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups of cold water.

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Take a large bowl, add sattu flour. Using spoon break any lumps in the flour.

  • Step 2 :

    Add finely chopped pudina, coriander leaves, green chilli and mix well.

  • Step 3 :

    Start pouring cold or chilled water. Keep stirring while doing so.

  • Step 4 :

    Now add chaat masala, black salt, and salt. Stir well to break lumps.

  • Step 5 :

    Pour the mixture in glass and add lemon juice in the end. Decorate with a few pudina leave and serve.
