Ingredients
- 4 Bread Slices
- 1 Cup Curd
- 3/4 Cup Sooji/Semolina
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Chopped Capsicum
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Oregano/ Chili Flakes
- Vegetable Oil for cooking
- Salt to taste
Directions
In a bowl, add onions, capsicum, and tomatoes, curd and sooji. Mix all these ingredients well to make a thick paste. Add more curd if you wish to make the paste thicker. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Keep the mixture aside and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Take a non-stick pan and add two tbsp oil. Now take bread slices and spread the thick sooji mixture over the slice. Place on the pan and let it cook from both sides. Let the bread turn golden brown. Take off the flame and sprinkle oregano or chili flakes for added taste. Repeat with all bread slices. Serve with tomato ketchup!
