Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1 1/4 cups Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • 8-10 chopped olives
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Pesto sauce
  • Chilly flakes
  • water

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Add flour and salt to a mixing bowl. Pour little water and knead a soft and smooth dough.

  2. Step 2:

    Now take some oil in your hands and smoothen the dough little bit. Cover it and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Step 3:

    Meanwhile, take another bowl and mix cheese, olives, onions, corns, seasoning, bell peppers and salt together. Keep it aside.

  4. Step 4:

    Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into a big chapatti.

  5. Step 5:

    Now, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the chapatti and then, spread cheese mixture on it.

  6. Step 6:

    Place another roti over it and seal the edges gently to safe the stuffing.

  7. Step 7:

    Tawa fry these parathas on medium heat till they are brown and crispy from both the sides.

  8. Step 8:

    Top it with grated cheese and enjoy!
